About Lauren
Overview
Iām a writer, educator, and integrative wellness coach focused on self-esteem, attachment, and relational psychology.
My work draws from interpersonal neurobiology, attachment science, and self-esteem theory, translating these frameworks into practical insight for everyday life.
I help people strengthen their internal center so their decisions, relationships, and sense of self are no longer organized around fear, control, over-accommodation, or instability.
Developmental Patterns
Many of the patterns that create confusion or self-doubt are adaptive. What helped someone stay safe or connected early in life can later become a central hurdle in adult relationships.
My work focuses on helping people recognize those patterns and reorganize around a more stable internal center. From there, self-esteem strengthens naturally.
Teaching and Private Work
I apply these principles in both my teaching and private work with clients navigating identity, attachment, and long-standing relational patterns ā work informed not only by study but by lived experience.
My approach is systematic and grounded. I care about how we respond under pressure, how we sustain connection without self-abandonment, and how we build internal coherence over time.
Closing
Health is not dramatic. It reflects honest and sustainable connection with ourselves ā and that can be built.
You can explore these ideas further in my essays, where I write about integration, self-abandonment, and the development of a stable sense of self.
